Cardinal Ridge Group was formed in 2018 by Jessica Palacios as an idea to help small business grow their client list through management consulting and digital marketing. As a previous small business owner in photography, marketing and editing, she saw the correlation between social media presence and sales. Because of this background, she knew that she could help others create new and consistent content to help give them one look, voice and feel. In the beginning of 2019, she booked her first client, WomenSource, a non-profit organization that empowers women in the workplace. Because of this relationship, she has felt the calling to help and serve small-business and non-profits grow their brands. Jessica Palacios is a graduate of University of Missouri in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She received her MBA in 2015 from Oklahoma State University. She previously owned a photography company that helped commercial clients with marketing and advertising. She saw how a consistent look and feel on social media helped increase sales and generate brand awareness.
